Duration: 22

Overview

The Balinese people follow a form of Hinduism known as Agama Hindu Dharma. Balinese culture and religion impacts almost every aspect of life on the island and draws people to Bali to see and experience it. An important belief of Balinese Hinduism is that elements of mother nature are influenced by spirit.

Java Island is one of the most beautiful islands of Indonesia which has almost everything to satisfy your wanderlust. Our Java tour packages will take you to different hidden gems of this island - starting from the capital Jakarta to the ancient temples (e.g., Borobudur Temple and Candi Prambanan), mystic volcanic mountains (e.g., Mount Ijen, Mount Bromo), outstanding waterfalls (e.g., Curug Belot) and much more.

Tana Toraja or Toraja is one of the beautiful region at South Sulawesi Province. From the distance, one can see the jagged edges of the hill stretching side by side along the slop of the mountains. Moreover, one can be also find beautiful valleys in which bamboo and sugar palms are growing and the traditional houses with curved roof among the paddy field, beautiful and naturally carved and colored by the skill full people of Toraja. The Toraja people live in the highlands of South Sulawesi. The word Toraja comes from the Buginese language's "to riaja", meaning "people of the uplands".

One of the most unique and delightful aspects of Flores Island, besides its immense natural beauty, is its people and culture. Visiting Flores Island means getting to know the daily life of the local people and their lifestyles and traditions. Open-minded and friendly, the Florinese people are glad to introduce visitors to their culture and traditions. Experiences of the culture can happen off the main road when visiting the island’s villages and the areas surrounding them where the locals live.

Reaching up to 10 feet in length and more than 300 pounds, Komodo dragons are the heaviest lizards on Earth. They have long, flat heads with rounded snouts, scaly skin, bowed legs, and huge, muscular tails. Komodo dragons have thrived in the harsh climate of Indonesia's Lesser Sunda Islands for millions of years. They prefer the islands’ tropical forests but can be found across the islands. Though these athletic reptiles can walk up to seven miles per day, they prefer to stay close to home—rarely venturing far from the valleys in which they hatched.
