Arrival at Yogyakarta airport. Meet and greet with our guide then transfer to the hotel for overnight.
After breakfast, walk to 8:30 to visit the local market at the corner of Prawirotaman 2 and Parangtrits. Then visit Yogyakarta’s becak (rickshaw): Sultan’s palace, Taman Sari water palace and the surrounding streets, underground mosque, bird market (pasar pasty) and Batik Plentong (with 1 hour batik course) ). Departure by minibus to Prambanan.Visit Prambanan, Candi Sewu and Plaosan and return to the hotel. Sunset in Plaosan if time and energy allow.
Early departure at 03.30 for Borobudur sunrise.
The 8th century Buddhist relic of Borobudur is best seen at dawn. Enjoy yourself a quiet spot to sit and wait for the sun to rise over the horizon from the top of temple, enjoying the serene and spiritual atmosphere that seems to have infiltrated every rock via. As you look out to the hills and forests surrounding you it isn’t hard to imagine how explorers must have felt when they stumbled out of the forest in 1814 to find such a sight lost to the world for almost 500 years. The awe-inspiring monument features the largest and most complete collection of Buddhist relief sculptures on the walls of its seven terraces – all of which detail the story of Buddhist cosmology. Breakfast at Manohara Hotel. Drive to Candirejo Village to explore the village with horse cart. Return to Yogyakarta. Late afternoon free.
Morning taxi transfer to the train station for your Yogyakarta-Malang train (about 8 hours – free lunch on the train). You are picked up at Malang Station by a driver who drives you to Malang.
Departure at 3:30 in Jeep to admire the sunrise from viewpoint 2 (bukit king kong) of Mt. Pananjakan, then climb (if not possible the day before) the Bromo. Return to hotel, breakfast, transfer late in the morning to Ketapang at the foot of Ijen. 7 hours of transfer .
Departure around 4 am by Jeep towards the flanks of Kawah Ijen. In the early morning, walk to the banks of Kawah Ijen (literally meaning “green crater”) where men extract sulfur at the edge of the largest acidic lake in the world. Descent to Lake Kawah Ijen, if conditions permit. You stay on the lake for a short time because of the sulfur that irritates the airways (a mask will be provided). These real convicts of sulfur carry about 100 kg of ore over about 15 km to the processing plant! After dinner, transfer to Pemuteran on Bali by ferry and car to your hotel.
Depart after breakfast to the Middle of Bali island. Visit Batukaru temple, Jatiluwih rice terrace; UNESCO heritage site, Ulun Danu temple at Lake Beratan, and stop for lunch at local restaurant, then drive to Royal Temple of Taman Ayun and last Tanah Lot temple for sunset before drive to your hotel in Ubud for check in.

After breakfast drive to Ubud Palace, Tegallalang for rice paddies. Then we will drive to Kintamani stop for lunch. After lunch we will visit Penglipuran traditional village before back to your villa for overnight.

Early morning check out from your hotel to catch speed boat to Nusa Penida Island at 08.00. Cruise from Sanur beach about 45 minutes and after arrival meet with our English speaking driver and take you to visit the most popular secret beach on the island.
First stop will be at Kelingking Beach; Visiting Kelingking viewpoint is one of the most famous things to do on Nusa Penida. The 200-meter high drop down overlooking the T-rex head and the beach is just mind blowing.
Then drive to Angel Billabong Beach and Broken Beach; Nusa Penida is full of spectacular shaped locations. Broken Beach is one of them. A 150-meter walk from Broken Beach is a natural infinity pool where you can dip in and enjoy the clearest water you’ve ever swum in. Lunch will be served at Angel Billabong restaurant.
After lunch we drive to Crystal Bay is the name of a secluded cove with a 200-meter stretch of sand on the west coast of Nusa Penida Island. Despite its isolation, the bay is quite accessible thanks to well-developed roads. Besides its beautiful palm-fringed beach, the bay is best known as one of Nusa Penida’s famous snorkeling and dive sites. Near the shore, the waves are swim-able during calmer tides with crystal-clear waters, hence its name. Divers praise the superb visibility, sometimes down to 30 meters. Cruise back to Sanur harbor. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel for overnight.
