Itinerary

Arrive Bali Airport. Meet and greet with our guide for transfer to your hotel in Ubud. Warm Balinese welcome with herbal tea and at night you will enjoy healthy dinner at the resort.

Immerse yourself in a day of pure relaxation as you indulge in soothing spa treatments, peaceful meditation sessions, and gentle yoga practices. Allow your body and mind to unwind as our expert therapists pamper you with therapeutic massage.

Early morning you will enjoy morning Kundalini tantra yoga before after  enjoy healthy breakfast at the restaurant then take 15 minutes food massage by the pool spa. Lunch with healthy meal. Late afternoon you will enjoy rejuvenate bath treatment . Dinner and herbal tea making experience is your activities to end the day in Bali.

 

Our tour will begin on the farm with a welcome drink. While relaxing in a shaded part of the farm, I will present our community movement and teach you about how we grow our organic produce. After enjoying the welcome drink, we will walk along the community farm and learn about organic farming and the unique UNESCO- protected Subak System in Bali. During the farm tour, we will pick the ingredients that we are going to use during the cooking class for a true farm to table cooking experience. Once we arrive at the centre of the community, Mai Organic farm, we will drink a refreshing juice made with vegetables and fruit from our local farms. Following the drink, we will prepare six Balinese dishes, such as tuna sate and corn fritters. Students are able to participate as much or as little as they would like. We keep our class sizes small (max 10 people) to allow guests to be more involved in the cooking process and to provide better attention to each guest. After we finish cooking, we will teach you about our traditional offerings that we give to mother nature. Lastly, you will enjoy your meal in a tranquil gubuk (hut) with new friends from the tour. Return to hotel for rest. Late afternoon we depart for Ancient Sound Healing at Pyramid of Chi; Deep relaxation, self-realisation, expanded consciousness. We guide you into an effortless state of relaxation with the use of Ancient instruments weaving a tapestry of sounds. Ancient Sound Healing runs daily at 9am,11am, 2pm, 5pm & 7pm and requires nothing but your presence with an open heart and mind. Bookings essential. An Ancient Sound Healing session guides you into an effortless state of relaxation. The process is as scientific as it is mysterious. It requires nothing but your presence to be fully appreciated, but it must be experienced in order to be understood. Anticipate a magical Sound Healing, it could be your time, so come with an open mind and heart and ‘Expect the Unexpected. Dinner will be served in central of Ubud restaurant.

Then, nourish your body with a healthy, organic lunch before diving into an enlightening workshop exploring Herbal Tea making and the benefit for our well-being. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in deep self-reflection, rejuvenate on a bath treatment, and other therapeutic activities that allow you to tap into your innermost thoughts and emotions. In the morning you will have morning yoga and healthy breakfast. Continue 15 minutes Foot Massage by the pool / Spa . Lunch at the restaurant. Take slow your day with rejuvenate bath treatment and sound healing meditation. End with mandala making. Dinner and herbal tea before take a rest in your home.

Take part in a day of shamanic healing and spiritual cleansing at Tirta Empul Temple. Firstly we will meet the Balinese healer or Shaman near Ubud located near Baby Statue temple who will combines Yagna, Yatra and Mantra healing practices. The Yagna practice is performed to remove the negative factors in life, and to help find peace and happiness. Mantra practice, performed by reciting mantras, removes the lower vibrations of your system and elevates your energy. A mantra is a precise combination of sacred sounds, which forms a core of spiritual energy to stimulate high spiritual vibrations, inducing spiritual awakening and invigoration. The Yantra practice is designed to remove the afflictions that prevent you from achieving a certain goal.This can result in the removal of obstacles in your career or the bad intentions of your enemies. The ritual also protects you from negative forces, heals your aura and balances your chakra. The whole ritual is known as melukat by the locals and is done to spiritually purify the mind and soul. It can be practiced in any place considered sacred by the Balinese, then we will drive to Tirta Empul temple for most recommended this kind of purification. After this first experience, we head to a nearby local restaurant for a traditional Balinese lunch. In the afternoon we will enjoy yoga session with yogabarn ; one of the most popular yoga studios in central of Ubud, and participate in regular yoga class before we back to hotel for overnight.

Discover Bali by join our sunrise trek to the summit of Mt.Batur (1717 meters) and experience the awesome beauty of an active volcano. Trekking in the cool, early morning darkness (torches, hiking sticks and wet weather gear supplied, if needed), we begin the one to two hour ascent (not difficult) to arrive in time to witness a glorious sunrise and

 

experience the stunning morning views of the surrounding crater and lake.Unlike other tour companies, we trek around the whole rim of the volcano climbing to it’s summit, witnessing the large troop of monkeys exit the largest crater, pass by steam fissures (where we cook our eggs for breakfast) and follow the rim to explore the second and third craters and the most recent lava flows. This is one of the highlights of the trip and we can assure that you won’t miss this experience, as our own experienced English speaking local guide accompanies you on the trek to ensure it happens.Enjoy for natural hot spring pools and one warm Olympic sized pool. Heated deep within the earth, minerals from the colorless and odorless hot spring brings healing and curative powers (Include Breakfast)

 

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Undisan village with stop on the way at Kanto Lampo waterfall . Upon your arrival at Undisan Village, you will be warmly welcomed by your local host at De Klumpu Bali. Enjoy a fresh lunch after check in. In the afternoon you will have a gentle Yoga Vinyasa class. This class creates an opportunity for students to really connect to their breath through a flow of gentle yoga postures. A gentle vinyasa class is just like a regular Vinyasa class but slowed down a bit.

Breakfast at hotel. Start your day with a morning Hatta Gentle Yoga, a slower practice that emphasizes a balance of postural alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body with gentle transitions and minimal bearing on your hands. After a nourishing breakfast, embark on the Undisan Eco Trekking, where a local guide will take you through the beauty of Undisan Village. Explore a jewelry imitation workshop dedicated to Balinese dance and wedding accessories, visit the local temple, school, and traditional villager houses, and take in the serene landscapes as you walk through the lush rice fields. Midday, enjoy a peaceful. In the afternoon, unwind with a Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga session, allowing you to create your own synchronized dance while learning poses and discovering how to move, breathe, and stretch between them. Slow Flow brings the element of time into your practice, encouraging mindfulness and deeper exploration in each movement. Back to your hotel for overnight

This comprehensive yet simple practice integrates kriya, breathwork, and a personal mantra to harmonize your energy. Next, immerse yourself in a Traditional Balinese Cooking Class, starting with a visit to a lively local market to handpick fresh ingredients. Upon arriving at a traditional house in Undisan Village, Bangli, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your local host, who will reveal the secrets of authentic Balinese recipes. Enjoy the fruits of your labor as you indulge in your own homemade lunch. The journey continues with a Balinese Purification Ritual at Tirta Sudamala, a sacred water cleansing ceremony designed to release old energy and rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul. Conclude the day with a delightful dinner and an overnight stay, embracing the tranquility of your surroundings.

Start your day with a nourishing breakfast before indulging in a chakra healing session, a restorative treatment designed to rebalance the body’s energy flow (prana), promoting overall well-being in both subtle and profound ways. After a revitalizing lunch, unwind with a traditional Balinese massage, allowing your body to relax and rejuvenate. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in Balinese culture through a making canang and pray experience, where you’ll be guided by locals to craft traditional offerings and participate in a sacred temple prayer. Late afternoon transfer to your hotel in Nusa Dua for overnight.

Explore Nusa Penida land and sea in just one day . Early morning pick up from your hotel for transfer to Sanur harbor . We depart at 08.00 by Speed boat to Nusa Penida . Upon arrival to Nusa Penida at 09.00, We directly take you to enjoy the new experience of snorkeling on the island of Nusa Penida, a beautiful remote island just south east of Bali. We will take snorkeling boat to do our snorkeling safari. We will sail around almost half of the island to get to our different snorkeling destinations of SD & Ped point, Gamat Bay, and Manta Point. Nusa Penida beautiful marine life, coral reefs and diverse fish will amaze you on your snorkeling safari. You will also see fabulous mountain scenery, stunning cliffs and enjoy beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, which are very comfortable to sunbathe and relax on. And if you are lucky, you will have the chance to see Manta Rays and Dolphins  . After snorkeling , your English speaking driver will take you with first stop will be at Kelingking Beach; Visiting Kelingking viewpoint is one of the most famous things to do on Nusa Penida. The 200-meter high drop down overlooking the T-rex head and the beach is just mind blowing. Lunch will be served at Klingking beach. Then drive to Angel Billabong Beach and Broken Beach; Nusa Penida is full of spectacular shaped locations. Broken Beach is one of them. A 150-meter walk from Broken Beach is a natural infinity pool where you can dip in and enjoy the clearest water you’ve ever swum in. The tour will end at the port of Nusa Penida where we will leave for Bali at 05.00pm.

 

Breakfast at hotel. Free days on the beach. Before sunset get pick up for Seafood BBQ Dinner on Jimbaran Beach . Return to hotel for overnight.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Bali International Airport for your flight to next destination. End of the trip.
